Scouting was founded in 1907 by Lord Robert Baden-Powell, and has since grown into a worldwide movement with over 54 million Scouts making up 172 organisations. In 1908 Scouting made its way to Australia. Scouts is broken down into 6 different age sections:
Joeys: 5-8
Cubs: 8-10
Scouts: 10-15
Venturers: 15-18
Rovers: 18-25
Adult leaders and helpers: 18+

Hatfield is a Rover unit for Scouts aged 18-25. We meet Fridays 7:30pm - 9:30pm at Box Hill North Scout Hall. Our program consists of a wide range of fun activities with something for everyone.

Our History
Founded in 1967 Hatfield has a rich history of almost 60 years!
Hatfield Rovers has seen hundreds of young adults through their scouting journey's.
Meet Gronk,
Hatfield's mascot. You'll find him everywhere, from our jumpers to the shed door.
Based off the comic 'Hagar the Horrible'. The original Gronk is pictured here.
